Hours: 4 days/week

We’re looking for an experienced trainer to lead on our contracted facilitation with external organisations. In addition to delivering training, the role includes programme coordination, decisions about what work we take on, and liaising between requesting organisations, other staff and our freelance circle of collaborators.  It is a permanent position, involving a share of operational responsibilities and includes the potential to become a co-director of Tripod. Experience with anti-racism in organisations and conflict facilitation are important.
