Conflict is an inevitable part of working in relationship with other people and often involves strong emotions. We have seen that when people are supported to engage with conflict it can lead to growth and change. Navigating through conflict can lead to better relationships, more inclusive and creative decision making and more anti-oppressive spaces.
We unfortunately don’t have capacity to support groups with mediation and conflict facilitation at the moment, although we recognise there is a need for this support.
We are hoping to run some training in conflict facilitation in 2021, please sign up to our mailing list to be kept up to date on this.
