Transformative Conflict Facilitator Programme

Tripod & Navigate are excited to be offering a year-long Transformative Conflict Facilitator Training Programme in Scotland, starting in Nov 2025. 

The purpose of the Programme is to significantly increase the level of support available for conflict mediation and transformative justice processes, so that the conflicts that are dividing our social movements can be engaged with in a generative way. 

 

The depth of this programme is at the level of becoming a professional facilitator of this work – it will be demanding and hopefully very rewarding too. It includes an intro weekend, one week-long residential training, five in-person weekend trainings, as well as monthly-ish online sessions, and base group and buddy practise.
